An initial free consultation- no obligations On choosing to move forward: 1. An individual coaching programme will be designed for you 2. Together we identify the ideal career change, progression or promotion, design strategies to achieve desire, allow sufficient time for achieving result, accountability checks and evaluating progress at each session 3. On average we would do 4-6 sessions
