Amella Neuro-Performance Coaching and Consulting was founded by Anne-Marie Doran. Anne-Marie a proud Wicklow native has 20 years experience working in many sectors; public and private in the areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Nutrition, Sports Development, Health Promotion, Business Development, Start Ups, Project Co-ordination and Management. Anne-Marie also has several years working with elite individual and sports teams in mindset, nutrition and performance coaching.
Anne-Marie is mother to teenager Ella. Anne-Marie in her personal life is an All-Ireland Ladies Football winner and has represented her Country at the International Compromise Camogie Rules in Scotland. Anne-Marie is most proud of her involvement with her clubs especially winning the Senior Football title with Baltinglass GAA. Anne-Marie is better known for running, cycling and swimming these days and burst onto the scene of triathlon taking on Ironman Youghal in 2022 as her 3rd ever triathlon. Anne-Marie Qualified for the World Championships in Kona and two weeks later for the World Sprint Championships in Hamburg where she represented Ireland.
With Anne-Marie’s experience both personally and professionally along with her education she is bringing a library of skills and a relentless attitude towards helping you to reach your goals.
